We are renowned for our canapés; bite-sized morsels designed to be eaten standing with drinks (and without getting messy fingers!).

  • Dukkah crusted lamb with mint jelly & micro greens on a petite kumara & spring onion rosti
  • Thai chicken, kaffir lime and peanut cakes
  • Seared scallops with pea & avocado and pancetta dust
  • Caramelised onion, feta and thyme tartlets
  • Waiheke Island Te Matuku Bay oysters au natural
  • Chilli & coriander butter prawns
  • Beetroot & walnut pesto on crostini with goats curd & micro-coriander
  • Rare beef canapé bites with horseradish crème fraiche, oven-roasted tomatoes and baby spinach
