  • Build-your-own buns – meats, greens & condiments (see Buffets & BBQs for ideas)
  • Rustic food station e.g.  farmhouse terrine, tamarind chutney, chicken & duck parfait, roasted beetroot, spinach, feta & mushroom tart, a selection of cheeses with crusty French sticks
  • Cheese & Bread station e.g.  selection of New Zealand cheeses, walnuts, fresh figs, dates, honey comb and crostini
  • Mediterranean Mezze station e.g.  marinated olives, eggplant & pinenut jam, garlic hummus, white bean & rosemary dip, chorizo, salami, prosciutto, char-grilled vegetables, Waiheke breads, lavash, wafers and grissini
