Shared Entree Platters

  • A selection of items such as – Rangihoua olive oil, marinated olives, eggplant & pinenut jam, white bean & rosemary dip, chorizo, salami, prosciutto, truffle & mushroom parfait, char-grilled asparagus, Waiheke breads, lavash, wafers and grissini
  • Or something more simple like bread loaves, butter, olive oil & balsamic

Shared Main

  • Meats
    Caper, herb & parmesan crusted hapuka
    Aoraki hot smoked salmon with a fresh herb & macadamia nut topping
    Eye fillet of beef with a horseradish, mustard & thyme butter
    Slow roasted Moroccan lamb with toasted cumin seeds, goats curd & pomegranate molasses
    Chilli, lime & coriander Mexican chicken
    Butterflied leg of lamb, chilli, thyme & sage rub and mint sauce
  • Greens
    Harvest salad of rocket, baby beetroot, goats curd, toasted walnuts & caramelised pear
    Israeli cous cous with roasted pumpkin, baby spinach, oven-roasted tomatoes and black olives with a lemon & cumin vinaigrette
    Harissa, sesame seed and maple roasted baby carrots
    Asparagus, green bean, snowpea and edamame salad with ricotta, preserved lemon and toasted slivered almonds
    Gourmet baby potato salad with spring vegetables and a fresh herb aioli

Finish off with plates of Sweet Mini Morsels for the table …
